Vibrant perfume of lifted pepper, spice & red berry fruits. A medium bodied style that displays exceptional detail, fine tannins, elegance and drive. From a single vineyard in Merricks North, the wine shows great purity, pepper and spice.

| Winemaking | The grapes were hand harvested, gently destemmed together with a small addition (4%) of Viognier into an open top fermenter, hand plunged throughout primary fermentation, then pressed and transferred into French oak barrels (500L) for malolactic fermentation for 11 months. Racked twice during maturation and bottled. |

Devil's Baie is a highly-regarded, boutique Australian wine label focused on crafting exceptional cool-climate wines from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
The winemaker and owner is Luke Lomax of Devil’s Cave and whose day job is winemaker at Yabby Lake on the Mornington Peninsula.
Devil’s Baie is his new venture together with his wife Jade.
