Chardonnay
This wine is bright in colour with green tints, lifted citrus and stone fruit aromas. The palate is intenseand layered with a long mineral fresh fine finish. The grapes were hand harvested from a single vineyard in Shoreham. The wine has great drive and purity.

| Winemaking | The grapes were picked and immediately pressed into tank. The juice was then cold settled overnight, racked, warmed and transferred into barrel for natural fermentation. The barrels were then topped and left to age on gross lees for 11 months in French oak puncheons (500L). |

Devil's Baie is a highly-regarded, boutique Australian wine label focused on crafting exceptional cool-climate wines from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.
The winemaker and owner is Luke Lomax of Devil’s Cave and whose day job is winemaker at Yabby Lake on the Mornington Peninsula.
Devil’s Baie is his new venture together with his wife Jade.
