Shiraz
This medium-bodied Shiraz brims with dark mulberries, plum, blueberry and a little cherry on the nose. The palate is smooth and generous, opening with juicy dark fruit before shifting into subtle liquorice and dark chocolate tones. A lift of red currant carries through the finish, leaving the wine refined, balanced and wonderfully approachable.

| The Wine | A fruit-forward Shiraz with a touch of classy oak influence. |
| Winemaking | The fruit for this Shiraz was machine-harvested and fermented in stainless steel fermenters with temperature control for optimal extraction of the fruit’s character. Twice-daily pumpovers enhanced the extraction process. The wine was aged in a mix of older and newer barrels, with 22% new oak, adding structure and a subtle oak influence. |
