Sauvignon Blanc
Super vibrant aromatics pop out of the glass, with the classical passionfruit and grassy notes that this variety is known for. There’s also a riper tropical punch, with lovely pear, pineapple, and apricot on the palate. It finishes textural and packed with plenty of fruit.

| Winemaking | Machine-harvested fruit from our Yelverton vineyard was picked in the cool of the night to retain freshness. Crushed, pressed into stainless steel, and fermented at controlled temperatures to capture aromatics and keep the wine fresh and fruit-driven. After several months in stainless steel, a small portion of Verdelho from a neighbouring vineyard was blended in before filtering and bottling. |
AUSTRALIA (WA) ~ Margaret River: St Johns Wine
Our ‘boutique wine region’ vineyard was established in 1998 and located in the northern heartland of the Margaret River region between. Our ‘Station Gully’ vineyard is 38 hectares and home to our own winery. Varieties planted are all on original rootstocks with the key French varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc providing the finest fruit for our wine range.
