| The Wine | This is a delicious, drink-now, style of Chardonnay. It's everything that is great about Margaret River Chardonnay. |
| Winemaking | Mostly machine-harvested at night, with some early morning handpicked fruit. The grapes were pressed into stainless steel tanks for settling, then racked into barrels while still hazy for a wild ferment, allowing a natural expression. The wine was aged in a mix of old and new French barrels, with some lees stirring to build up texture and creaminess. Barrels were carefully selected and blended to craft the desired Chardonnay. |

Our ‘boutique wine region’ vineyard was established in 1998 and located in the northern heartland of the Margaret River region between. Our ‘Station Gully’ vineyard is 38 hectares and home to our own winery. Varieties planted are all on original rootstocks with the key French varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc providing the finest fruit for our wine range.
