Vermouth di Radda
This Vermouth was born from our continuous desire to discover and develop new projects, but also from the curiosity transmitted by friends towards mixology. Our rosé wine, made of 100% Sangiovese grapes, is the back-bone for the production of this Vermouth, which is realised thanks above all to the cooperation with the historic Bordiga distillery in Piedmont. In the recipe we’ve been trying to enhance the typicality of Tuscan wine using the following botanical herbs: angelica, orange, gentle wormwood, wormwood, cardamom, coriander, cassia, dittamus, fennel, gentian, lavender, Kina, mint, quassio, rose, sage, rosemary, elder, satureja, linden, thyme, violet. The result is a perfect combination between the Piedmonts’ tradition and the Chianti aromas.

Istine
It was natural with the second generation to start its own bottled production. With the 2009 harvest and the first 3000 bottles of Chianti Classico, what was considered until that moment a passion that has always been considered, that integrates and completes the family's activity, begins to be concretely realised. The commitment for the future is to grow, maintaining an attachment to the traditions and our territory, trying to enhance as much as possible what nature offers us and the viticultural characteristics of the high Chianti area. We are certified organic from the harvest 2016. We believe in respect for nature, people who work in the vineyard and those who enjoy the wine from the glass.
Toscana
The name of Tuscany is synonymous with its most famous, and probably Italy’s most famous, red wine. Chianti is produced in high volumes and exported worldwide, with a distinctive personality that is difficult to define but that has somehow impressed consumers all over the world. The Sangiovese grape is the key to the region’s success, as the backbone of DOCG wines in Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano and Carmignano. Yet the region’s prestige is today further enhanced by the evolution of the “Super Tuscan”, wines that now rank among some of Italy’s most refined. Failing to slot into any existing DOC or DOCG category, they are now largely classed as Toscana IGT in order to avoid the humble Vino da Tavola category.
