France~Côtes de Provence: Domaine Val D’Astier
Carried by a playful mistral, the echo of the Val d'Astier resonates as far as the shores of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. It carries the breath of the Seignes, a couple of artisan-winegrowers, Bruno and Ellen, joined today by Arthur and Laure, their children lulled by the scents and values of this beloved Provence. Fourteen years after taking the first steps to reclaim wild nature, the Vallon du Val d´Astier has retained its authentic, natural character, made for sharing. Today, a new valley of twelve hectares "Les Pierres Blanche" planted with vineyards and olive trees have just been born to expand this little corner of paradise. In the eyes of Bruno and Ellen, still burns the energy of those who shaped the hill, deforested, planted, imagined trays and hillsides so that the vines are best exposed, in the soil who is honoured with a vine promised to the best, with those little flames in addition that speak of the shared happiness, some success.
