Cabernet Sauvignon
A dark-fruited Cabernet that balances between serious and fun. Bursting with plum and dark berries, this wine has earthy undertones and a hint of dark spice. Silky tannins provide a long, smooth finish, with a chocolatey, mouth-coating texture that lingers.

| Winemaking | Machine-harvested fruit from our Tweed River vineyard was crushed, destemmed, and pumped into large red fermenters. The wine remained on skins for about 10 days, with regular gentle pumpovers, before being pressed into another tank to complete fermentation. Aged in stainless steel to preserve the wine's fresh fruit character, with a gentle oak influence to add complexity. A small amount of Shiraz from the Blackwood Valley was blended in to offer a true taste of the Blackwood region. |
AUSTRALIA (WA) ~ Blackwood Valley: Tweed River
The older vineyard was established in 1997 in the Blackwood Valley region, in the picturesque rolling hills of Boyup Brook. Our main grape varieties are Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, and Chardonnay, grown on various sloped sites within our vineyard to ensure the best growing conditions for each variety. Blackwood Valley vineyard has a tendency for smaller berry size, more fruit intensity, deeper colours, and concentrated flavours, from which we make extraordinary wines.
