Sparkling - Franciacorta Brut Blanc De Blanc Docg NV
Franciacorta Brut N.V. is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grape and it is refined in bottle on the yeasts for a period not less than 20 months acquiring gradually an intense bouquet and a delicate fine and elegant pérlage. Only the best grapes are chosen and before bottling the wine, we assemble base wines that come from different vintages. This allow us to obtain a product that has a right balance between acidity and sugar. It is an harmonious wine, savoury and fresh. It should be served at 7 degrees along with first courses dishes as risotto or pasta. Franciacorta is produced without adding sugar, but only with the sugar that comes from ripe grapes. We use the grape must produced by our winery for the second fermentation and during the disgorging.

Giuseppe Vezzoli
Vezzoli’s farm is situated among Erbusco, by the hills in the heart of the Franciacorta Region. The Vezzoli’s family produces wine since generations, but only since 1994 they have decided to produced the famous 'Bollicine' of Franciacorta. In the production of wine, they use only grapes which come from they’re own vineyards or grapes which come from vineyards directly managed by themselves , in order to control the quality of the raw material. They’re grapes are produced by organic farming.
Lombardia
Although Lombardy is developing a reputation for its sparkling wines from Franciacorta and Oltrepò Pavese, the wine industry has less importance here than the region’s other industries. That is not to say that the local population do not enjoy wine – far from it. Lombardy’s wines are reaching the peak of success of those of their neighbours in Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Veneto, there is a growing interest in their eclectic wines abroad, and with the quality of Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wines improving constantly it is likely the wines of Lombardy will gain more presence on the international market in the future.
